where do you need to go to get started on real estate license?

You need to go to a reputable real estate school such as Kaplan. Make sure that they will teach what you need for the test for your state.

It depends upon which state you are in. We offer free "Real Estate Principles" classes for our members in California. This is the first of 3 classes needed to obtain an RE license here.You have until October to take and pass the RE exam with just this first class, then you will receive a "Provisional" license, with up to 18 months to complete the other courses.Otherwise, if you wait you will have to have all three classes prior to receiveing a license.Hope this helps.
