Hi does anyone know where is the cheapest state in the united states to live, and where do they have really good jobs. Husband and I would like to buy a house in the future, and we just want to know what state has the best mortgage rates, best school, best jobs, and also where we can get more out of a house than what we paid for. We also would like to move to state where they have alot of culture, and diffrent things to do. Im African american, and my husband and I would like to raise our son in a place, that has alot of culture, where he can learn about other people back round besides his own. Even though its big - Houston, Texas gives you more bang for the buck.I have realtors in other states that direct customers to Houston because you can purchase a large home for a reasonable price. As far as rates - it doesn't vary by city...its just a natural avg depending on various factors.
