me later and later? This particular boss that I work for is also my landlord and I feel like that he wants my labor just go towards knocking off on the rent only? I also have other people that I work for as wellthat are not my land lords but they actually pay me at a better rate and I don't really have any problem being put off being paid. What should I do?

You should:- Keep working with high spirit.- Find a good alternative.- Goodbye your current job, with a good image and with a professional way.

If you are actually supposed to make a paycheck, then file a complaint against them with your state's Labor department. Each employer is required to have a set date and time on that date that payroll will be done (of course this doesn't always apply if there are under a certain number of employees). If you have other jobs and don't care to keep this one, then quit. But I would still report the delay in pay so that the next person who gets hired doesn't have the same problem.

Keep looking for another job when you are off work off and then when you do find one then save up enough to move on. But, I do suggest you do it professionally because your work history does follow you for the rest of your life.
