Just refinancing fees/costs/etc not the cost of the loan itself.

I actually just did this recently. As far as I can tell there were no fee/closing costs involved. It might vary from lender to lender but I actually got a check from my old lender in the mail because they were overpaid. I don't know how it's really done with cars there has to be fees somewhere, but I couldn't find them.
