Real Estate is in decline now. I do not think immigration has anything to do with it. It's a natural movement of the market. It went down, it almost stabilized now and it will start moving up again in about 2 years.

There is no effect. Even with the immigration issues they can still buy houses nothing has changed. If there were clemency or immunity granted we might have a big surge in real estate purchases because of things being easier.

I think it would be a far stretch to connect the two events.
