I have a house that I would like to sell but do not want to spend money to "fix" it. The house was appraised at 112,500.00 but I bought it for 75,000.00. Is this something I can offer a real estate office? I mean, If I sell it for 100,000.00 they will come up winning...I'll pay my mortgage, make a little profit and they win as well. Can that be done?

Yes absolutely. Sometimes its pays to do the renovation, b/c you will get more out of the renovations than you put into it, but if you don't want the aggravation of dealing with contractors, then you can certainly sell it as is. However, if you know of any hazardous pre-conditions, they are usually required to be disclosed. You will need to hire an attorney to handle your closing, so ask them what they think.
