I don't know, but you should be able to. afterall, a 17 year old became the youngest coroner.

This sounds like an ambitious opportunity for you! The first thing you should do is contact the Insurance Department for the State of Florida and ask them what the minimum age is to obtain the Real Estate License? Or you can try to find out from a local business that provides the training and testing services in your area first. Real Estate is a great financial investment and you can earn good income if you are a good service provider and proactive in marketing yoruself so GOOD LUCK! :-)

u have to be 18 to enter into any legally binding contract. if someone were to rent with y our services you will need to enter into a contract so no you cant be an agent until your 18 but u could be an assistant to an agent and get some hands on experience which is always beneficial.
