...about ALLIED school? I was wondering if anyone was studying real estate apprasal and had some info about it. I live in Iowa and Im not sure what the requirements are to become an appraiser. I was also wondering about schools. ALLIED school is online and you can get your licence, is anyone going to ALLIED school? Also if anyone could tell me where they went to school to become an appraiser it would help a lot. Thanks!

Hello I am an Appraiser also and I went to Kaplan. I would suggest not doing it online there is so many legal issues you have to learn. The class is intense lots of info. Hope all goes well. Best of luck.
