You may be able to find some indication of the mfr inside the cabinet. A decal or woodburn or something. Likewise, maybe there is some kind of document/receipt that came with the house, outlining the purchases to fix it up. Check your records of the house. You can try contacting the previous homeowners if that is possible. Work your way back through the history of the house until you go back to the people responsible for the cabinet install and see if they remember or have records of what they did.If none of that works, take some closeup pics of the cabinetry, with particular attention to the detail work and take it to the largest home improvement store you know, they deal with a lot of mfrs. Maybe someone there recognizes the craftsmanship, most woodworkers have a certain style, and can point you to the line of cabinetry that you want to buy. If that doesn't work you can use your photos to find a design that comes as close as possible so they match, my guess is that period, tree, and grain would be the most important aspects to match. If woodtones don't jive up, you may have to have them all stripped and redone in the same finish after the install. And if THAT doesn't work you may have to find a craftsman that will come to your home and custom design a piece for you. You could also presumably choose stock cabinetry frames that mostly match and have drawerfronts and doors custom made to match yours. This may not be the most expensive route by the way. The cost of having all the cabinets retouched to accomodate ONE piece of work, may be more than having ONE piece made that fits in your existing kitchen. It will be a lot easier to track this stuff down if the cabinets you are trying to match are newer. If you can't find anything that is VERY VERY similar, and you can't do custom cabinets, my suggestion is to pick replacements that are a complete contrast. Maybe you can rearrange some of the cabinetry to make them more harmonious, rather than all one style here and all another style there. You could choose some pieces that have glass or tin inserts, or whatever.

Take the cabinet door to a custom cabinet shop. The sales reps can usually recognize the style.

Perhaps you could take one of the doors to a local builder and just have the doors matched? Then you will have the uniformed look you are looking for and then new cabinets built. also you might take one of the doors the all the local lumber yards and see if they may still have a set in storage you may never know. You could search for the builder of the home and see if he may know who he got the cabinets from or if he can get you some new ones to match yours. Good luck in your search

Try the big names first. Check your lowes or home depot they sell over 30% of kitchen remodels in my area so theres a good chance that your cabinets came from there. Try browsing the links below, you might save some legwork.
