Noone can answer that for you. You can get a GREAT return with the right stocks or real estate, but you need the knowledge to do it profitably. If you are not a shrewd investor or real estate speculator, get a CD (low return, but safe).

The best return and risk would be Real Estate because you are leveraging it from 0% to 100% (Zero to 100% down.)Stock would be next.CD would be the safest return.
