Not for the lazy or folks who don't like to deal with people and problems.

You can go to a number of website to help you list your house or find an agent. The best sites have a local presents to support your effort.

You can contact a real estate agent or if you go the for sale by owner route still consult with a real estate agent for pricing at the very least. At least then you'll know if you're offering the house at a decent price or you're idea of a "fair price" is way out of range.
