If they are minor credit problems, a good loan agent should have no trouble getting you a loan. You will need money down though.

see fanniemae.com or if you are/were military, check with usaa.com. you will have to sign up for membership there but it's worth it. also you can ask about HUD and FHA loans. FHA loans are a federally backed up loan that guarantees the financier that you will pay your bill. it costs a little more becuase there is insurance associated with it. Also, some cities offer incentive programs if you know where you want to buy at you can call them too.
