This loan does not exist. A 520 fico for a stand alone 2nd? The lowest score I have found where you can do a stand alone is 560.Even if there is such a program why would you want it? The rate on the 2nd would be astronomical. Your best bet would be refi your existing 1st and take what ever cash out you need. If you can find this, and I have looked in the past with no results do the math and see if it makes sense. Figure out whatever you payment for the 2nd would be and add it to your existing 1st. Then find out what a new first would be all by it's self. I would bet a new 1st comes out less per month.If you would like to discuss your situation in more detail feel free to drop me a line.
