I don't think any college experience is necessary to get in real estate. All you need is the drive and PR skills to sell the crappiest dumps for the highest price possible... and/or have the capital to buy the nicest places at the lowest price and the savvy to resell them even higher.It's a very competitive environment, better be ready to fight your way through

A lot of real estate millionaires have no college education. It's not the education, but the drive and determination like Miss Awkward Silences said and of course good luck and decent sized pockets at the beginning helps.
