improvement project. Help? I have a home repair project that my ex husband started & then left town. Now Im stuck with a house thats half complete and no money to finish the work. I've hired 2 contractors who took my money and skipped out. I have some supplies that they did have delivered but no way of completing the job. Now Im broke and about to loose my house and car but can't have my house refinanced because an appraisor wont even look at it in the shape its in. I need help and have nowhere to turn. If you know any way to sign up for one of these programs, please let me know. Im at my wits end. Thanks so much

Pick your favorite home improvement show and figure out which broadcasting company it is on (CBS, Family, etc.). Go to the website for that company, a search engine will point you the right direction, then there is usually a link to that show's crew.
