I've got property in Texas. My tenant did not sign a renewal agrement, but I have accepted rent from him. His is now 4 months behind in rent. I'm just annoyed and want to evict him.Do I just call the police to get him out?

you might check out the Texas Apartment Association website at www.taa.org. they have info for landlords and tenants.

go to your county clerks office and take out and evection notice, then you have to give them so much time to get out then you can have them removed. and take them to court for whats owed it sucks but thats the way it goes
