If you've got money to spend (atleast few houndred dollars) you can apply at yahoo or google to advertise your website, or if you want to simply get on to search engines via meta tags, you can contact me on msn messenger: mustafak80@hotmail.com

Well, I am myself a Search Engine Optimization Consultant. If you want instant results, PPC is the only costly way to go. If however you are looking for long term results, keep in mind no SEO including myself can "guarantee" #1 placements including myself. Although, I am not looking for freelance work at the moment, I would recommend visiting one of those freelance marketplaces where you can post your project and get bids from SEO's. Before you post your project, decide what you want, how much you want to spend, and spend it fairly between "On Page Factors" and "Off page factors". I hope this helps. Do not pay a lot of money upfront, and look for gurantees in increase of "related" traffic and then look at conversion numbers. I would call this SEO and not getting #1 ranking for cheap white widget or something similar that not a lot of people search for.
