Google just updated it's PR (page rank) a couple of days ago. I can almost guarantee a minimal PR3 for this site when the next PR update hits as long as they don't change their algorythm. I think this site will rank in the top 20 of Yahoo and MSN also. These are just webmaster predictions and who really knows until the results happen?

I figure by the next PR update all of these goals will be met.

PR hasn't been updated yet, but this site is in the top three for several keywords on MSN so my predictions look like they might be coming true.

I don't know what google looks, my sites are up on msn and yahoo but no where on google.

Your site (halfrealty.com) is indexed on google. You'd be surprised look up some of the keywords from your content, you might be ranked well on certain keywords. Google is a lot harder to get high ranking for good keywords though.
