I just finished going to real estate school and I decided I needed to study more after doing horribly on the final test, so this site was born. It's a way to help me and you. Then I thought why only limit it to pre-licensees? That's why this site is not limited only to pre-licensees, hopefully if you are licensed you will stay here and help each other out and we can become a great real estate community.
