Well when i try to Invest my money into the Realestate market i always look for a Home that has a great LOCATION.. in my Opinion that is beyond one of the best and biggest key facotr to it..

try to get one thats near a Supermarket.. Close to Airport/Freeways , also something that is close to a school or Public recreation center.. if u can get close to ALL those.. BUY BUY BUY. :D

They say location, location, location, but those things you mentioned aren't necessities for everyone. When you try to invest you should be looking to buy something that can potentially be worth a lot more in the near future or of course buying at a low price.
