What is the Youngest age someone can get thier Real Estate License in California? Ive looked at some places but I really am not sure where to find this information.. Because as of right now I own 2 homes on my own.. but im not even the Legal age to drive.. so whats the Age for a Real Estate License?

What ever , in the both pages , the info are same :

Minimum Requirements to Apply for the Salesperson Exam and License

To obtain a real estate salesperson license, you must first qualify for and pass a written examination. Those who pass the examination are provided a license application which must be submitted to and approved by the DRE.

Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to be licensed.

18 years old is the minimum. You can own as many houses as you can at any age, but I believe you can't legally sell your houses either.
