Thinking realistically, what would be everyone's dream deal be?

I'm not talking about developing the Sears Tower here (something realistic)- I'd just like to know what would be everyone's ultimate real estate deal.

As a real estate agent my dream deal would be selling a property that costs over $1,000,000. I know a lot of agents do that all the time, but I usually deal with properties in the low to mid $XXX,XXX range. Of course once I get that $1,000,000 deal, my dream deal will be $2,000,000 plus.
