I get a lot of business from buyers using ITIN mortgages, is this a big source of business for any of you? They are a little more leg work, but they do get approved and they are a big part of my income.
I just wish they were easier to get approvals, less paperwork and less time consuming. They seem to take forever compared to normal mortgages.

An ITIN mortgage is a mortgages given to a person or group of people with an individual taxpayer identification number. An ITIN number is issued by the IRS and is normally used for tax paying
purposes only. Increasingly the ITIN number is being accepted by more financial institutions and it is now used for things like credit, mortgages and also opening bank accounts.
Usually an ITIN number is issued to undocumented US residents as a way of paying income taxes. Various banks are beginning to start mortgage programs to fit individuals with this number. Most of them are 30 year conventional loans. Rates are also usually higher than a normal conventional loan.

jackson I don't know if you realize this, but that is a complete rip-off of another one of my sites http://itinmortgages.com . Do a whois on the site you'll see I also own that one and I know my content is original because I personally wrote it. I understand you're posting to get your link popularity up for the search engines but you can at the very least use a good Markov script and have it change the words a bit.

As an ITIN Specialist, I have been working with the ITIN community as a loan officer and now as a realtors. I agree, this is a huge market but since the ITIN loans have practically vanished, many of my collegues have lost a lot of business.
I have foudn the ability to get a major company to do the ITIN Loans for Realtors. Unfortunately, they don't broker the loans so I am looking for realtors to refer to this lender to work with me in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
