I'm talking about real estate gurus like Craig Proctor, Craig Forte, people like them. Has anyone ever tried any of there programs? And if you have do you think it was worth it? Personally I haven't tried any of them, but going over their promotional material, it definitely seems like they have some good ideas.

Really I can't justify spending the money after reading a lot of free helpful material online, and basically finding answers all over the place.
